SHIPPING POLICY: We cover shipping on every order — no minimums, no surprises.
Most orders arrive in about 10 days from purchase. (We waited for perms to grow out and for Sun-In to fade. You’ve trained for this.)

RETURN POLICY:  If your latest Gen X Vibes pick isn't making you feel like the rockstar you are, no worries! You've got a cool 30 days from the purchase date to swing it back to us for a return.

Here’s the deal:
Shoot us an email with your order number and the email you used to place it.
Tell us why you're looking to return it — we’re all ears.
When it's time for a refund, we keep it simple — the mula goes straight back to the original payment method you used to buy your gear.
And hey, snap a pic of the item and attach it to your email so we can see what needs to be improved on.
We’ll get back to you within 48 hours (usually way quicker) with all the info you need to get things sorted. We’re here to make sure you're stoked with your gear!
