SHIPPING POLICY: We partner with Printful to produce and ship each order,and they require 1–4 business days to get your gear printed and packed. Once it’s on the way, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow it—just like waiting for the mail truck back in the day, only faster. U.S. delivery usually runs 4–8 business days, though timing can shift a bit based on where you live and what carriers are dealing with. We cover shipping on every order — no minimums, no surprises.Most orders arrive in about 10-12 days from purchase. 

My order is marked as delivered, but it's not here?
If your order is marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, please give it at least 48 hours - sometimes packages are scanned-in before they are dropped off. If it still doesn't arrive, please contact the courier that delivered the package or USPS to file a missing mail claim. As much as we'd like to, we can't assist you with filing claims with carriers, but we hope to do so in the future!

RETURN POLICY:  If your latest Gen X Vibes pick isn't making you feel like the rockstar you are, no worries! You've got a cool 30 days from the purchase date to swing it back to us for a return.

Here’s the deal:
Shoot us an email with your order number and the email you used to place it.
Tell us why you're looking to return it — we’re all ears.
When it's time for a refund, we keep it simple — the mula goes straight back to the original payment method you used to buy your gear.
And hey, snap a pic of the item and attach it to your email so we can see what needs to be improved on.
We’ll get back to you within 48 hours (usually way quicker) with all the info you need to get things sorted. We’re here to make sure you're stoked with your gear!
